System Maintenance Support

Job Description

. Troubleshooting of the IT systems hardware, in Data Centre environment.

. Implement, test and troubleshoot servers, security and network equipment in IT system.

. Planning and execution of system administration, installation, deployment, testing and commissioning.

. Generate documentation

. Standby 24/7 for Maintenance fault response.

Requirements :

- Experience in maintenance of Computer-based Information System or Networking or Higher NITEC/NITEC/NTC/ITC with minimum of 4 years of relevant maintenance experience.

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology (IT) or Computing.

- Minimum 2 years (up to 4 years)

- Special knowledge below will be advantageous

. ICT/Network/Cybersecurity knowledge.

. Servers, workstations, switches and routers, data storage, 2k x 2k displays and other airport systems support knowledge

. Virtual machine support knowledge.

. Unix or Linux Systems

. Cybersecurity Operations

. Monitoring Tools (IBM Tivoli, Solarwind etc.)

- Personnel with prior experience in air navigation, surveillance, communication or aviation systems will be preferred.

- Able to perform repair and calibration independently in accordance to the technical manual and procedures without supervision. The repair and calibration service quality must be able to meet the turnaround time and all service requirements by the company.

- Able to perform trouble-shooting and repair down to component level.

- Have technical writing ability and advanced knowledge of computer-controlled automatic testing equipment
