About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented System Integrator to bring together hardware and software components into reliable, end-to-end solutions. You will be involved throughout the system integration lifecycle—from solution design and implementation to testing, validation, and ongoing support—ensuring integrated systems meet both technical and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and design system integration solutions across multiple technologies.
- Integrate, configure, and customize hardware and software components into a unified system.
- Develop desktop applications to display data from external subsystems, including simple user interface components and backend services for data retrieval.
- Write or modify application code where required, such as emulators or integration utilities.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure compliance with technical specifications and business requirements.
- Ensure integrated solutions meet relevant regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering system architecture, integration processes, and operational procedures.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of databases and SQL for data management and querying.
- Experience (including significant project experience) in system integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with scripting and command-line tools such as PowerShell.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (such as Azure) and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP.
- Understanding of API standards and protocols such as REST and SOAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
