Job Description
APAC ENGINEERING COORDINATION & SUPPORT
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking system engineering projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Draw project schedule and workshop drawings and prepare as-built drawing / operation manual
- To prepare quotation and forward to sales team
- To design refrigeration system for enquiries/ tenders received from sales team
- To select major equipment and enquire prices
- Facilitate communication between engineering, R&D, sales, and manufacturing teams to align technical requirements.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING
- Maintain and update system specifications, test reports, and engineering documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- To prepare purchase acquisition for major equipment
- To submit progress billings with documentation and arranging for shipment (for overseas projects)
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & STANDARDIZATION
- Identify and implement improvements in engineering workflows and documentation processes.
COMPLIANCE & QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company engineering policies.
