System Design: Lead the engineering team in building high-performance anti-drone platforms for portable, fixed, mobile including vehicle use.
C2 Management: Oversee the Command and Control software that connects passive and active sensors with drone-stopping technology.
Cyber & IT Security: Manage the cybersecurity team to fulfil cybersecurity needs and maintain data servers that powers the anti-drone system
Technical Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical manuals, system architectures, and compliance records for all products.
Technical Standards: Turn customer needs into clear technical plans and ensure every product meets high quality and defense standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Cyber, and production teams to keep projects moving and solve technical roadblocks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
At least 5 to 8 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably within the aerospace or defense sectors.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a direct leadership or management role overseeing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Proven experience with Command and Control (C2) systems, sensor and target fusion.
Certifications (Preferred): Systems Engineering: INCOSE CSEP (Certified Systems Engineering Professional).
Project Management experience would be added advantage
