We are looking for a motivated System Engineer to support both project delivery and ongoing maintenance services. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to grow in a hands-on technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in design, implementation, and deployment of IT infrastructure projects
- Perform installation, configuration, and testing of systems and solutions
- Provide maintenance and support services for customer environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner
- Support project documentation, handover, and basic training where required
- Work closely with internal team members and vendors to deliver projects successfully
Requirements
- Diploma/Nitec/Higher Nitec in IT-related field,
- 1-3 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate from Polytechnic / ITE
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking concepts
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced system integrator environment
- Good problem-solving skills and a responsible working attitude
Technical Skills (Plus Points)
- Experience with Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure
- Exposure to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) (e.g. Omnissa Horizon / Azure Virtual Desktop)
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g. Workspace ONE, Intune)
