Job Description
What a System Engineer Does in Titansoft
- Support and maintain all aspects of the office IT infrastructure and application servers, including Physical servers, Private Cloud, Public Cloud
- Maintain infrastructure of application environment, such as GCP, K8s and Hypervisor, AD, DNS, SMTP, Proxy, Load balancer, NTP, Linux Server, IaC tools, automation tools
- Cooperate with software developers to deploy, troubleshooting Cloud applications
- Apply operating systems updates, patches and configuration changes
- Perform routine audits of systems and software
- System performance monitoring
- Able to do research and deploy system enhancements with minimal supervision
- Execute tasks assigned by direct supervisor including scheduled after hours on-call responsibility.
Job Requirements
What we are looking for in a System Engineer
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Information Management or related fields
- CKA or Google License is preferred
- 2+ years experience in Linux server environment configuration and troubleshooting
- Shell scripting (bash, Powershell) ability to automate administration jobs
- Familiar with HTTP, TCP/IP and related trouble shooting experience
- Enjoy collaborating ideas and works well with a Team
- Maintain Active Directory and Group Policy
- PC/Notebook and Server troubleshooting
- Basic Networking skill Familiar with Linux Server, Kubernetes, Nginx, HAproxy, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Hypervisor, Ansible, Jenkins
- Fluent in Chinese to collaborate effectively with Chinese-speaking counterparts
