Experience in handling support & installation for Finacle 10.x environments including troubleshooting and configuring new services
Ability to take ownership of deliverables and engaging all stakeholders
Proficient in N-tier architecture for Finacle, high availability concepts
Proficient in writing SQL queries in Oracle/PostgreSQL for troubleshooting issues and preparing data for issue analysis and reporting
Hands on with Unix/Linux commands
Basic proficiency in Middleware technologies like WebSphere Application Server and JBOSS
Hands on experience in automating some of the routine tasks in environment management
Experienced in handling patching of Finacle, OS, MW and database components. Should be able to perform impact assessment and co-ordinate the tasks with various supporting units like OS support, DB support, Middleware support, etc.
Familiar with environment maintenance tasks like source refresh across environments, data refresh across environments and familiar with CICD concepts
Requirements
Finacle 11.x experience. Should have 6+ Years of Experience
Knowledge of Kafka, Redis and PostgreSQL
End to end setup experience in Finacle in versions 10.x or 11.x
Production environment support and familiarity with change management process
