Skills and Qualification
- At least Diploma in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
- Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well
- Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server platform not limited to Microsoft System Centre suite of products.

- At least 1-3 years experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft system implementation, project management and O&S.
- Good communication and writing skills
- Shall have experience in performing project management, handle technical challenges and in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.
Scope of work
. Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft server systems, load balancers, and proxies.
. Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
. Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.
. Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
. Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
. Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.
