SYSTEM ENGINEER

Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Management System, Energy management System

. Development of Functional Design Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Control Schematics/Write-up and other software/test documentation.

. Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation

. Implantation of PLC/SCADA project from concept to design and programming

. Site Testing and Commissioning with clients.

. Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems

. Meeting with clients, reports and documentation

. Capable of performing troubleshooting independently

. Implement improvement works to clients.

Requirement:

. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Building Technology).

. Experience in interfacing design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems using Modbus, BACNet or other protocols will be an advantage.

. 2 years working experience in building ACMV systems / PLC relaated experience

. Must have Mitsubishi PLC programming experience

. Knowledge of SCADA (Niagara N4 or Mitsubishi MC Works) is an advantage

. Have worked with Building Management System/SCADA/HVAC system is an advantage.

. A resourceful individual with good organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.

. A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

. Able to work during weekends or night jobs occasionally when required.
