Job Description & Requirements
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Management System, Energy management System
- Development of Functional Design Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Control Schematics/Write-up and other software/test documentation.
- Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation
- Implantation of PLC/SCADA project from concept to design and programming
- Site Testing and Commissioning with clients.
- Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems
- Meeting with clients, reports and documentation
- Capable of performing troubleshooting independently
- Implement improvement works to clients.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Building Technology).
- Experience in interfacing design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems using Modbus, BACNet or other protocols will be an advantage.
- 2 years working experience in building ACMV systems / PLC related experience.
- Must have Mitsubishi PLC programming experience
- Knowledge of SCADA (Niagara N4 or Mitsubishi MC Works) is an advantage.
- Have worked with Building Management System/SCADA/HVAC system is an advantage.
- A resourceful individual with good organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
- A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work during weekends or night jobs occasionally when required.
