Job Description:
Execute daily system administration, handle change requests, and provide high-level first-line support to resolve infrastructure issues.
Maintain and optimize virtualized environments (VMware) and manage directory services (Active Directory).
Manage and troubleshoot a hybrid environment focusing on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server OS.
Apply ITIL best practices to streamline incident, change, and problem management workflows.
Lead by example, providing guidance to junior staff and taking ownership of technical escalations.
Skill Sets:
Virtualization & Hypervisors: VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi), High Availability, and Disaster Recovery
Identity & Directory Services: Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, and DHCP
Operating Systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server
Service Management: ITIL Framework (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
Infrastructure Support: L1/L2 Technical Support, Hardware Lifecycle Management, and System Administration
