You will be the backbone of our infrastructure operations, providing high-level technical support and project leadership:

• Lead the hands-on setup of infrastructure projects, coordinating across various departments.
• Provide Level 2/3 support to resolve complex Windows-based issues at client sites.
• Design, deploy, and maintain robust Windows servers, workstations, and hardware.
• Proactively monitor systems to identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact the business.
• Offer guidance on IT policies, asset management, and industry best practices.

skills and experience required
Minimum 4-5 years of solid technical experience. Mastery of the Windows/Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory and Group Policy.

Highly value candidates with experience leading specific projects or mentoring others.

Expertise in configuring servers, managing email systems, and resolving deep-tier technical hurdles.
