Manage, operate, and troubleshoot Linux/Unix and Windows server environments. Perform OS hardening, patching, and configuration updates according to security standards.
Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability.
Support core banking and enterprise applications hosted on on-premises or virtualized platforms.
Work with global IT teams to ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
Participate in DR/BCP planning, testing, and implementation.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
Assist in infrastructure architecture review and ensure alignment with overall system design and standards.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
35+ years of experience in Linux/Unix/Windows server administration.
Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of shell scripting or automation tools (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure architecture (OS, Network, Database, Middleware interactions).
Experience in banking/financial sector is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Korean is preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia).
