Job Desciption
. We are seeking an experienced Finacle Support Engineer/Consultant with strong expertise in Finacle 10.x/11.x environments.
. The role involves managing installation, support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Finacle systems, along with ensuring high availability, performance, and seamless coordination across infrastructure and application teams.
Key Responsibilities
. Handle installation, configuration, and support for Finacle 10.x/11.x environments
. Troubleshoot system issues and configure new services to ensure system stability and performance
. Take ownership of deliverables and effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
. Work with N-tier architecture and implement high availability solutions
. Write and optimize SQL queries (Oracle/PostgreSQL) for issue analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting
. Utilize Unix/Linux commands for system management and operational support
. Work with middleware technologies such as WebSphere Application Server and JBoss
. Automate routine environment management tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
. Manage patching activities across Finacle, OS, middleware, and database layers, including impact assessment and coordination with support teams
. Perform environment maintenance activities such as source refresh and data refresh across environments
. Support CI/CD processes and ensure smooth deployment cycles
. Provide production support and ensure adherence to change management processes
Requirements:
. Minimum 6+ years of experience in Finacle with hands-on expertise in Finacle 11.x
. Strong experience in end-to-end setup and configuration of Finacle (10.x/11.x)
. Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL
. Proven experience in production support environments
. Familiarity with change management processes
. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
. Experience in banking or financial services domain
. Exposure to automation tools and scripting
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
