You will be a key technology partner to our customers in the Defence sector, supporting the development and deployment of mission-critical systems that contribute to the defence and security of Singapore. Working closely with the Solution Architect, Project Manager, Technical Lead, Software Engineers, Cybersecurity teams, and AI specialists, you will be part of a technical delivery team to design, develop, integrate, test, deploy and sustain system/network infrastructure, AI-enabled platforms, intelligent sensors and edge application solutions as part of overall project implementation.
Be Part of Our Success
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control the various technical aspects of the project
- Manage or participate in the new setup, upgrade, integration, testing, and commissioning of system/network infrastructure projects
- Support operational systems to meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively
- Diagnose and rectify hardware, software, network, cybersecurity, and system integration issues
- Support the deployment and integration of AI-enabled applications, intelligent analytics platforms, computer vision solutions, and edge computing systems into operational environments
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, AI specialists, Cybersecurity Engineers, and Infrastructure teams to implement end-to-end system solutions
- Configure and support servers, virtualized environments, containerized applications, edge devices, network infrastructure and centralized processing platforms
- Support the integration of video analytics, intelligent sensors, cameras, IoT devices, data platforms, and backend systems
- Conduct system verification, validation, acceptance testing, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization activities
- Support AI model deployment, system monitoring, version control, and lifecycle support activities where applicable
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, quality, safety, and project documentation requirements throughout the system lifecycle
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, operational procedures, configuration records, and customer deliverables
Qualities We Value
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Experience in Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS, virtualization, and system infrastructure environments
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with database platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Good knowledge of VPN, firewall appliances, Cisco routers/switches, and network infrastructure technologies
- Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Video Analytics, or Intelligent Systems technologies will be an advantage
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes will be advantageous
- Familiarity with GPU-based computing platforms, edge computing devices, AI accelerators, or AI-enabled applications is preferred
- Basic understanding of MLOps, DevOps, CI/CDpipelines, automated deployment, and system monitoring frameworks will be beneficial
- Experience in system integration, testing, commissioning, and operational support of mission-critical systems
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, system hardening, access control, vulnerability management, and secure deployment practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication finesse
- Proactive problem-solving prowess and strong analytical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices
- Working location is in Jurong East
