System Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a System Engineer to support tender submissions, project implementation, and system maintenance. You will work closely with sales, project, and operations teams to design, deploy, secure, and maintain IT and security systems, supporting projects from pre-sales to post-deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical documentation and system specifications for tender submissions.

• Assist in system design, installation, configuration, and deployment of IT infrastructure.

• Perform system patching, hardening, firewall configuration, and security compliance activities.

• Support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and remediation works.

• Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

• Maintain system documentation for audit, contractual, and security compliance.

• Provide Level 2 technical support for operational systems when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and Windows/Linux operating systems.

• Interest in system engineering, cybersecurity, and government IT projects.

• Proficient in English ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore
