Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead T&C for fire alarm and integrated life safety systems
Conduct functional and integrated testing (C&E, BMS, suppression, smoke control, lifts, etc.)
Prepare commissioning plans, reports, and documentation
Manage commissioning schedule and site activities
Supervise engineers/technicians and coordinate with contractors and consultants
Ensure compliance with SS 645, Fire Code, and SCDF standards
Support authority inspections and system handover
Troubleshoot and resolve system faults

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
Min. 2-5 years in fire alarm commissioning
Knowledge of SS 645, Fire Code, SCDF requirements, and system integration
Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills

Advantage

Experience in SCDF inspection & handover
Knowledge of BMS integration (Modbus/BACnet)
Experience in large-scale projects in Singapore
