Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of Connected (Telematics) service development projects.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with internal teams, distributors, and external partners.
- Oversee system integration activities, including data flow validation and end-to-end testing.
- Prepare launch readiness plans, documentation, and communication materials for distributors.
- Monitor post-launch service performance and drive corrective actions where required.
- Analyze usage data and customer feedback to identify and propose service enhancements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and governance reporting.
- Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or system development, preferably in automotive or digital services.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in after-sales, technical service operations, or vehicle quality is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Connected (Telematics) technologies, mobile applications, or cloud services is an added advantage.
- Experience working with overseas distributors or regional operations is an added advantage.
