We are seeking an experienced System Architect to lead the design and implementation of Veeva Commercial Vault CRM solutions across global commercial and medical teams. This role will shape the technical architecture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive scalable, high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own the architecture for Veeva Vault CRM, including integrations and migrations
- Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions
- Act as the technical lead and primary CRM point of contact
- Oversee integrations, data migration, and system performance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders globally
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience with Veeva Vault CRM in multi-country environments
- Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault architecture, APIs, and integrations
- Experience in regulated environments (Life Sciences/Pharma preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Java, APIs, and DevOps/Agile tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Veeva Vault CRM certifications
- Experience with large-scale migrations and complex integrations
