Responsibilities:
- Develop manufacturing and test procedures.
- Install, repair, and maintain equipment in the field, and provide customer training as needed.
- Train manufacturing teams on the assembly and testing of both new and existing products, and support integration between software and electrical control systems.
- Prepare clear and structured documentation for analysis, and recommend design improvements.
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot product designs while providing feedback for enhancements.
- Evaluate product and equipment performance using field data, and suggest improvements or modifications.
- Travel internationally to assess system performance and support custom installations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn specialized software tools.
- Preferably over 1 year of relevant experience in electrical engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C++, C#, or HDL
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently or supervise project-based tasks when required.
