System Analyst (TLS/SSL, Shell/Power Shell)

Salary: Up to 9500 SGD

Responsibilities:

Technical Specialist Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLX) Project

• Support technical implementation of Certificate Manager (CLX) in UAT and Production environments
• Configure and validate CLX capabilities including Agentless Discovery of TLS certificates across Linux and Windows platforms
• Assist in integration with UOB systems: MCA (Microsoft Certificate Authority), PWV (CyberArk PAM), Helix (ITSM)
• Develop scripts and automation for certificate deployment and validation
• Perform troubleshooting during discovery and renewal phases; ensure compliance with security and operational standards
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials for BAU teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 35 years in infrastructure or application support with exposure to TLS/SSL certificate management
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments
• Strong understanding of PKI, TLS/SSL, keystores (JKS, PKCS12), and certificate lifecycle processes
• Control-M, Windows, Powershell scripting
• Linux, Unix, Shell Script, Geneos, Splunk
• Familiarity with Venafi, CyberArk PAM or similar certificate management & privileged access tools
• Proficiency in scripting (Shell, PowerShell) for automation tasks
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management
• Experience with integration via APIs and agentless connectivity (SSH, WinRM)
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Geneos) and ITSM platforms (Helix) is a plus
