i) Portfolios:

. You should have at least 5 - 7 years of experience in IT project in the area of business process,

software application support and development skills, preferably within education services

domain. You must possess hands-on technologies skills

. Provide business analytics and business process reengineering

. Provide customised software application development support

. Provide application training and support end-users requirements including helpdesk

. Strong project management skills with effective results focus

. Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills within an information systems

environment

. Experience in developing documentation, policies, implementation of standards,

procedures and guidelines to support operational processes and supporting users in UAT

Web-based experience

. Creating, updating, and uploading web-based and digital content

. Apply relevant metadata on each web page for SEO optimisation purposes

. Provide preliminary advice on appropriate design and layout from marketing and ensure quality

control of web content, and testing new website features.
