System Analyst

.Analyze business and functional requirements related to payment systems and banking applications.

.Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using RPG/400, CL, and AS400 technologies.

.Support payment processing systems including transaction handling, reconciliation, and settlement processes.

.Coordinate with business users, QA teams, and developers for requirement gathering and solution implementation.

.Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and provide production support.

.Prepare technical and functional documentation.

.Participate in testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.

.Ensure applications comply with banking and payment system standards.

.Work closely with stakeholders to improve system performance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

.3+ years of experience in RPG/400 development and support.

.Strong knowledge of IBM AS400 / iSeries environment.

.Experience in RPG III / RPG IV, CL Programming, DB2/400.

.Good understanding of Payment systems and banking operations.

.Experience in payment processing such as:

o SWIFT

o FAST

o GIRO

o MEPS

o RTGS

o Cross-border payments

.Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

.Experience in system analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.

.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
