Job Summary
You will act as a System Analyst bridging business users and developers to translate business needs into technical requirements, supporting full project lifecycles and ensuring effective solution delivery.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and gather requirements from business users to translate into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Lead and participate in at least two waterfall methodology projects through requirement gathering, development, testing, rollout, and post go-live support
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework technologies including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core to meet business needs
- Design and implement web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to enhance user interfaces and functionality
- Write and optimize SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server to support data retrieval and reporting requirements
- Support Windows desktop application development and maintenance to ensure operational stability
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through clear verbal and written communication to align project goals
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Demonstrate self-driven task ownership and attention to detail to deliver results on time
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives and support organizational goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience, including at least 3 years as a System Analyst
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with waterfall project methodology and full project lifecycle participation
