System Analyst

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, working closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and document business/user requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors on system design, integration, and performance optimization.
• Implement and monitor application security to meet policies and standards.
• Develop and execute test plans, oversee validation, and coordinate deployment.
• Provide user training, workshops, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain systems with regular updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation (user guides, manuals, training materials).

Requirements

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, .NET, Java, Node.js, React) and SQL/Open-Source Databases.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and Microsoft Power BI (advantage).
• Familiarity with Azure AI Studio/OpenAI, digital twin technologies (advantage).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver quality solutions.
