System Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Work location is in the West

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

2. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET platform (MVC, C#, VB.NET).

3. Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) modules based on business needs.

4. Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, and triggers to support data processing and reporting.

5. Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.

6. Work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams on system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.

7. Provide technical support and user training, ensuring smooth system operation and adoption.

8. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

9. Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements for system optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Application Developer.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) configuration and customization.

• Strong programming skills in Microsoft .NET Framework / .NET Core, particularly MVC, C#, and/or VB.NET.

• Solid experience in SQL Server development - queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.

• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX) and RESTful APIs.

• Experience with system integration and data migration tools.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or other CI/CD tools is a plus.
