Act as a System Analyst for IT application development, maintenance, delivery, and infrastructure setup.
Apply both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies in project execution.
Gather and analyze user/stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical design documents.
Coordinate with vendors on specifications, delivery testing, and implementation.
Implement middle and back-office systems for Group Retail (Private Banking).
Manage end-to-end testing with vendors and internal systems.
Work with Change Control Management for deployment of changes.
Collaborate with internal infrastructure and security teams on implementations.
Coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams on infra-related changes, upgrades, and patches, providing onsite support for infra projects/change requests.
Work with DevOps teams to migrate applications into CI/CD environments.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Around 7 years of working experience, with at least 6 years in software development, business/system analysis, and project/change implementation within the financial industry.
Direct exposure to AI/ML-related projects is a plus.
Proven experience in analyzing and implementing banking applications across entities.
Strong technical development background and understanding of SDLC and documentation.
Experience in platform upgrades/migrations and infra-related changes.
Hands-on experience with data center operations, including infra upgrades and patches.
Familiarity with security, network, infra provisioning, and architecture teams.
Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS implementation.
Experience in interface system setup, batch processing, IBM MQ.
Ability to configure applications in newly provisioned infra (OS, network, storage, agents, database, Aldon, Control-M, monitoring tools).
Skilled in environment migration, including data restoration and masking.
Good knowledge of AI/ML model development lifecycle.
