Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to support requirement analysis, system design, and implementation activities. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality technology solutions aligned with business needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Analysis- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare documentation such as Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and system design artifacts.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
System Design & Solutioning- Perform gap analysis between current and proposed systems.
- Design system workflows, data models, and integration interfaces.
- Define API specifications and data mappings.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
Stakeholder Coordination- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Manage requirement clarifications and change requests.
- Support project planning, scope definition, and timeline tracking.
Testing & Implementation- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) documentation.
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and UAT cycles, including defect tracking and resolution.
- Assist in non-functional testing such as performance and security testing.
- Support deployment activities and post-implementation validation.
Documentation & Governance- Maintain system documentation, workflows, and process maps.
- Ensure alignment with architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Support audit and compliance requirements where applicable.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Java, Spring Framework, Apache Camel, and MyBatis.
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with APIs, integration patterns, and system architecture.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio (or equivalent).
- Experience with RESTful services, JSON, and XML.
- Understanding of domain-driven design principles.
- Knowledge of API security concepts.
