Roles And Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and system design documents.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions.
System Design & Solutioning
- Perform gap analysis between current and proposed systems.
- Design system workflows, data models, and integration interfaces.
- Define API specifications and data mapping.
- Ensure solution scalability, performance, and security compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams
- Clarify requirements and manage change requests.
- Support project managers in scope and timeline management.
Testing & Implementation
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT documentation.
- Support SIT/UAT cycles and defect triaging.
- Support Non functional testing
- Ensure successful deployment and post-go-live support.
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain system documentation and process flows.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Support audit and regulatory requirements if applicable.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Java, Spring Framework, Apache camel , Mybatics
Experience with SQL and database concepts.
- Experience in APIs, integration patterns, and system architecture.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent.
- Experience REST services, JSON/XML.
- Experience in domain-driven design.
- Experience in API Security
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
