Support and enhance Customer Onboarding systems with strong system analysis expertise
Participate in requirements gathering with Business Users and Business Analysts
Propose alternative solutions based on best practices and industry standards to meet business objectives
Collaborate closely with Business Users, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams during project initiation, implementation, and post-implementation support
Assess impact of system changes on customer onboarding processes identify gaps, dependencies, and potential risks
Review and contribute to solution designs, effort estimations, project prioritization, and change request evaluations
Develop or review Functional Specifications and map Business Requirements into RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix)
Perform data mapping and process mapping with interfacing applications
Develop or review Technical Design Specifications to ensure alignment with Functional Requirements
Review SIT Test Plans, Test Designs, and Test Cases
Ensure application documentation is maintained and aligned with delivery methodology
Support testing activities across SIT, UAT, and post-implementation phases
Contribute to overall project success through collaboration and completion of assigned tasks
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a financial institution
Strong hands-on experience as a System Analyst with solid background in system integration and interfacing
Ability to support Application Delivery Managers (ADM) on all technical matters throughout the project lifecycle
Experience in building new systems or system interfaces when required
Familiarity with environment setup/support during SIT/UAT for new system development
Strong documentation skills, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to production teams post-cutover
Ability to collaborate with senior developers and system architects to design fit-for-purpose technical solutions
Strong understanding of security, regulatory, and architectural standards
