Job Objectives
- The System Analyst will be involved in the Customer Onboarding Program.
- Responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into:
- Functional Specifications
- Technical Design Specifications
- Work will be performed end-to-end across multiple functional domains and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project technical delivery/development manager in:
- Planning
- Developing
- Tracking
- Implementing customer onboarding applications
- Lead functional requirements gathering and:
- Technical design & implementation
- Interface development
- Security review and support
- Support project tracking and control of application development phases in compliance with IT policies and standards
- Coordinate with:
- Business users
- Vendors
- Interface application teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure application features meet:
- Business requirements
- Quality standards (reliability, security, performance)
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain documentation including:
- SOPs
- System architecture diagrams
- Work with testing teams to define:
- Test strategy
- Test plans
- Test cases
- Manage release change processes aligned with project schedules
- Assist in:
- Implementation
- Deployment planning (system cutover)
- Support pre-project planning:
- Requirement gathering
- Impact analysis
- Solutioning
- Cost estimation
- Ensure documentation complies with Bank's SDM (System Delivery Methodology)
