Job Summary
The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise systems, primarily NetSuite ERP and/or Oracle(EBS/11i). This role serves as the key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth system operations, issue resolution, and successful delivery of system-related projects, including ERP migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to propose system improvements and automation opportunities
System Development & Enhancement
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements in Oracle (PL/SQL, reports, interfaces) and NetSuite (SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches)
- Work with developers or independently deliver small to mid-scale solutions
- Support integrations between Oracle, NetSuite, and other internal/external systems
- System migration when required
- Work with AI, automation, dashboards, and reporting
Application Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle and NetSuite users
- Investigate and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and process gaps
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
Testing & Deployment
- Prepare test scripts, conduct UAT, and support deployment activities
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Manage change requests and version control
Reporting & Data Management
- Develop and maintain reports/dashboards using Oracle tools and NetSuite reporting (e.g., saved searches, SuiteAnalytics)
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
Documentation & Training
- Maintain functional and technical documentation
- Conduct user training and create user guides to support adoption
Project Management (Ad Hoc Projects)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP systems support, development, or implementation
