Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for SAP ERP enhancements and customizations.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and partner with developers to deliver efficient ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules to support business operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specs, technical designs, test plans, and user guides.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize SAP system performance and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations by providing technical analysis and expertise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring timely support to end users.
- Stay updated on SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting SAP FICO modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes, with the ability to analyze complex requirements.
- Good research and analytical skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving SAP and IT technologies.
- SAP certification and experience with SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with additional tools such as RPA is a plus.
