Production Support Analyst (HRIS/HCM & Corporate Services Applications)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to manage and support the HR and Corporate Services application landscape. The role involves stakeholder engagement, business analysis, operational support, vendor management, and governance activities to ensure application stability and successful delivery of enhancement initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for HR and Corporate Services applications, ensuring system availability and service continuity
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct impact assessments, and support project and enhancement initiatives
• Manage and coordinate application vendors, AMS providers, and delivery partners to ensure successful execution of deliverables
• Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• Monitor and manage project issues, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Support technology governance, cybersecurity, audit, risk, and compliance activities, including remediation tracking
• Facilitate application onboarding, integrations, and technology lifecycle management activities

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplines
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP, ERP, Oracle, Anaplan, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, vendor management, and coordination skills
• Experience delivering application enhancements, upgrades, and technology initiatives
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to technology risk, cybersecurity, audit, and compliance functions
• Understanding of application integrations, identity management, and technology delivery lifecycles
