System Analyst (2-year contract)

Description

As a Senior System Analyst, your role is to analyze, design, maintain, and improve existing applications and integrated systems that support business operations. You will work closely with business processes, identify system needs, and propose solutions to meet new requirements across various entities.

• 2-year contract with completion bonus for each year.
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in system analysis and development.
• Must be able to develop and fix bugs in .NET, C#, Angular JS, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from process owners and users.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications for new project and change requests.
• Diagnose the root cause of application issues and implement solutions
• Provide ongoing support and enhancement.
• Collaborate with other project/ IT teams and manage application system activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or related discipline from a recognized university.
• More than 3 years of recent hands-on experience in system analysis and development.
• Experience in both web-based and windows-based application.
• Exceptional ability to identify application errors and root cause.
• Ability to develop and fix bugs in .Net, C#, Angular JS in SQL Server and SQL reporting services.
• Experience in Azure DevOps.
• Experience in the shipping industry is preferred, but not required.
