Role Overview
We are seeking a System Administrator(Technology Architecture Engineer) with strong hands-on experience in Linux and Windows administration within an on-premise environment. The role involves infrastructure support, application troubleshooting, system security patching, and operational maintenance across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems in an on-premise environment.
- Support and maintain enterprise applications including Elastic, ISAM, and Kafka.
- Maintain and update operational and configuration documentation.
- Perform system monitoring, health checks, and incident resolution.
- Execute disaster recovery (DR) procedures and support recovery testing when required.
- Review security vulnerability reports and apply necessary patches and remediation actions.
- Troubleshoot system, middleware, and infrastructure-related issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies using technical documentation and online resources.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration.
- Strong hands-on experience in Linux and Windows administration (On-Premise environment).
- Experience supporting Elastic, ISAM, or Kafka applications.
- Experience in system patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS cloud environment.
- Exposure to Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with GitLab for CI/CD or version control.
