Proven System/Application Administration experience
. Strong understanding of ITSM platforms and processes (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
. Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise, with proactive problem-solving abilities
. Self-driven with ability to work independently
. Strong documentation skills with attention to data
. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the team or reporting manager, based on operational needs.
. Support and assist in regular server maintenance, system accesses, systems monitoring, backups, patching and daily health checks.
. Escalating EUP related issues to ID admin.
. Raise EUP for SMR-Onbase Cluster Scanned Medical Records.
. Maintain service operations documentation and guides. Develop supporting documentation for all Service Operation activities.
. Provide level 2 support to end user telephonic/email enquiries and issues on inhouse applications and standard PC and notebook problem related to Hardware and Operating System.
. Setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, Avaya, Cisco phones, printers, peripherals and mobile devices - Windows and Apple Platforms.
