Key Mandatory Screening Criteria:
- Strong experience with Windows system administration and configuration
- 1 – 2 years of Linux OS administration at a proficient level
- Networking troubleshooting and configuration, including secure LAN solutions/tools such as Proxy, Firewalls, NAT routing
- Scripting experience
- Basic database management (SQL, Postgres)
- Ability to work independently and experience in customer-facing/senior stakeholder support, providing technical support related to OS (Windows/Linux), networking, and automation via scripting
- Proven experience in providing remote support to large-scale users
