Job Requirements
Minimum Education:
- Full-Time Diploma or recognized Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Security, or related field.
- Certification in AWS Practitioner or higher is a must.
- Certification in CCNA is a must.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewall and VPN (GlobalProtect) configurations.
- Familiarity with AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.).
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem Management etc.).
- Basic cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
- Strong team collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications in networking or cloud (e.g., CCNA, PCNSA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
- Experience with endpoint protection tools and policies.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust or network segmentation principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive working attitude and passionate in information security
- Good understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices for protecting cloud resources and data.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to explain technology from a customer perspective.
- Good communication, team player and written skills.
