Must-Have**
- Exchange administrators should have a blend of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and soft skills like communication and adaptability.
- Deep understanding of Exchange Server architecture, features, and functionalities, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions (Exchange Online)
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automating tasks, troubleshooting, and managing Exchange environments
- Familiarity with email protocols like SMTP, IMAP, and POP3
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex email-related issues and performance problems
- Must have experience supporting MS applications.
- Multitasking abilities (Able to work on multiple machines at a time)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best solutions to their queries.
- Help create technical documentation and manuals.

Good-to-Have
- Expert Knowledge on Messaging Architecture, Microsoft Exchange Server
- Knowledge of mailbox features, such as mailbox sharing policies, Send as and Send on behalf delegates, and shared mailboxes
- Good Knowledge on EAC and Entra portal
- Understanding and configuring security features like anti-spam protection, malware filters, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies is crucial for protecting against email-based threats.
