Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated System 3R tooling and automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and application solutions for System 3R tooling and Automation System, ensuring optimal performance in precision manufacturing and machining processes. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, hands-on experience with tooling systems, and the ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and application expertise for System 3R tooling and automation systems, including setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their machining requirements and recommend appropriate System 3R tooling solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and workshops for clients and internal teams on the use of System 3R products.
- Assist in the design and development of custom tooling solutions to meet specific customer needs.
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of System 3R products into customer workflows.
- Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of System 3R systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in tooling technology, and System 3R product developments.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance tooling performance and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in precision machining, tooling systems, or a related engineering role.
- Knowledge of System 3R tooling systems or similar automation/tooling technologies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, CNC machining, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and machining specifications.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations, training, or support as needed.
- Proficiency in CAD software, CAM systems, or other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
