Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, install and repair (e.g Electrical panel, timer switch, pump etc)
- Diagnose system issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain pool cleanliness by performing regular cleaning and back-washing to ensure optimal water quality
- Inspect and check pool filter systems and overall pool health to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Travel island wide daily to assigned locations, managing time effectively to meet service schedules
- Respond promptly to service calls and maintain punctuality for all appointments
- Work independently outdoors, and as a team
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site to explain technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the service lead and coordinate follow ups when required.
- Maintain professionalism and service excellence during all customer interactions.
- Update service reports and work order accurately.
- Full training will be provided
Minimum Qualification
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year technician experience
- Comfortable with hands on work and traveling to customer sites.
Others
- 5.5 days work week
- Medical and leave entitled as per MOM regulation
- Overtime/weekend work may be required at times
- Class 3 driving license is advantage.
