Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
. Perform on-site troubleshooting, install and repair (e.g Electrical panel, timerswitch, pump etc)
. Diagose system issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions.
. Maintain pool cleanliness by performing regular cleaning and backwashing to ensureoptimal water quality
. Inspect and check pool filter systems and overall pool health to identify and resolveissues promptly
. Travel island wide daily to assigned locations, managing time effectively to meetservice schedules
. Respond promptly to service calls and maintain punctuality for all appointments
. Work independently outdoors, accessing private residential and condominium poolssafely and professionally
. Operate under varying weather conditions, demonstrating physical fitness to handletasks such as opening manhole covers
. Communicate clearly with customers on-site to explain technical issues.
. Escalate complex issues to the service lead and coordinate follow ups when required.
. Maintain professionalism and service excellence during all customer interactions.
. Update service reports and work order accurately.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
. Nitec/Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related field (preferred).
. At least 1 year technician experience (training will provide)
. Comfortable with hands on work and travelling to customer sites.
Others
. 6 days work week
. Medical and leave entitled as per MOM regulation
. On-site filed deployment across Singapore
. Overtime/weekend work may be required occasionally
. Class 3driving license is advantage.
