Job Summary

Provide enjoyable and comprehensive swim coaching to students of all ages and skill levels in private or group settings.

Responsibilities

• Schedule private swim lessons by arranging suitable dates and times for clients
• Create detailed lesson plans tailored for private and group swim sessions
• Conduct swim lessons professionally to ensure effective learning and safety
• Maintain an updated logbook recording lessons conducted and hours worked monthly
• Build and sustain positive relationships with students to encourage retention
• Communicate lesson policies clearly to clients, including payment and cancellation terms
• Maintain and care for coaching equipment to ensure readiness and safety
• Keep the pool venue clean and organized to provide a safe environment
• Arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before group lessons to prepare
• Accurately record and monitor attendance for group lessons regularly
