About Inspire Mum & Baby
Founded in 2007 in Katong, Inspire Mum & Baby is a family-focused wellness centre offering programs in pre- and post-natal fitness, aqua and swimming, baby and toddler development, and therapy services. We believe fitness and good health should be accessible at every stage of life — before, during, and after pregnancy. The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Swim Coach & Operations Executive to join our close-knit team. No prior experience needed — we provide full training and certification.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role combining aquatic coaching with day-to-day operations — ideal for someone who loves working with families, enjoys being active, and thrives in a warm, community-focused environment.
What You'll Do
Swim Coaching
• Plan and conduct safe, engaging swim classes for babies, toddlers, children, a
nd adults• Deliver learn-to-swim, aqua fitness, and potentially specialised pre- and post-natal aquatic programs
• Assess swimmers abilities and develop progressive lesson plans
• Provide clear, encouraging feedback to clients and caregivers
• Maintain a positive, supportive learning environment at all times
Operations & Administration
• Manage class schedules, bookings, and client
enquiries• Support front-desk and administrative processes including payments and data entry
• Coordinate with the wider team to optimise centre operations
• Assist with marketing or outreach activities when needed
• Maintain pool safety, cleanliness, and facility standards
What We're Looking For
• No experience required — full coaching and operations training
provided• Enjoys working with babies, toddlers, children, and families
• Calm, positive, and adaptable in a busy, people-focused environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised and reliable with good attention to detail
• Passion for family wellness and child development
• Existing swim coaching, sports, childcare, or fitness background is a bonus
• CPR, first aid, or lifesaving certifications an advantage but not required
• Available to work a 5-day schedule including weekends, with fixed weekday days off
