Our client is an international fund administration firm that specializes in alternative funds. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for SVP, team head Client Servicing and the role is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Servicing team to ensure the overall client servicing quality to the clients in fund industry particularly hedge funds
- Manage a portfolio of hedge fund clients in the region and provide excellent client service to them
- Actively understand clients business needs such as their investment strategies, infrastructure requirements so as to provide an all-rounded fund service solutions to them
- Strengthen the existing client relationships and help identify potential business opportunities for the firm by upselling other products and services
- Work with the operations team so they can provide a good support of fund accounting, trade operations service to clients
- Keep track of the market landscape and development so as to provide added-value service to clients
- Collaborate with other teams to assist in new client on-boarding and integrations etc
