SVP Portfolio Management, Real Estate

A global real estate investment manager, our client has embarked on a strategic growth agenda. To support their evolving business needs, they are looking for a seasoned Portfolio Management leader to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

An integral member of the leadership team, you will spearhead the performance, strategy and value creation for the real estate portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will actively develop and execute portfolio-level strategies to optimise investment performance, as well as identify opportunities to enhance returns through asset repositioning, capital recycling, refinancing, acquisitions and disposals.

Experience

Ideally, you are a seasoned real estate leader with 20+ years of experience across portfolio management, fund management and/ or asset management. Prior exposure to multiple asset classes and geographies would be highly valued. To succeed in this role, you would bring strong commercial judgement and the ability to deliver portfolio performance and value creation.
