About Our Client

Our client is a regulated digital asset institution with a strong global presence and a continued focus on regulatory integrity as it scales. As part of its investment in governance and controls, the firm is creating a new SVP, Compliance role to strengthen its regional compliance team.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Legal and Compliance, this role will support AML and general compliance while enabling the business to grow within regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide AML and general compliance coverage for the Singapore business.
• Ensure adherence to applicable MAS regulations and internal standards.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
• Partner with the business to embed compliant, scalable processes.
• Advise senior management on regulatory requirements, risk interpretation, and controls.
• Support regulatory engagements, audits, and governance forums.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in AML and regulatory compliance within a financial institution, fintech, or digital asset environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulations and MAS expectations.
• Experience in policy, controls, and compliance governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-partnering skills.
