Job Description

Our client is a leading global fund administrator supporting many of the world's largest hedge funds, private markets managers and alternative investment firms. With a strong global operating platform and a reputation for delivering complex fund solutions, they continue to invest in senior talent to support strategic client relationships across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior relationship lead for a portfolio of hedge fund and alternative investment clients
  • Manage and deepen relationships with C-suite stakeholders, founders, COOs, CFOs and operational decision-makers
  • Act as the strategic bridge between clients and internal operational teams across fund accounting, operations and investor services
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention and account growth through proactive engagement and problem resolution
  • Oversee complex client escalations and develop action plans to improve service delivery outcomes
  • Review client profitability, operational risks and service models while balancing both client and business objectives
  • Partner closely with business development teams on client onboarding, new launches and additional service opportunities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers while contributing to broader regional client service initiatives
  • Participate in strategic projects, operational enhancements and cross-functional stakeholder management across global offices

Experience

  • Approximately 15+ years of experience within hedge funds, fund administration or alternative investment operations
  • Strong technical understanding of fund accounting and fund operations, coupled with proven client-facing experience
  • Experience managing sophisticated hedge fund clients across multiple fund strategies, including multi-strategy, long/short and private credit
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex client situations, navigate competing priorities and operate effectively in a demanding environment
  • Prior people management experience with the ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and additional project work
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and travelling periodically for client engagements
