Main mission:
To coordinate and administer all aspects of Sustainable Development and to liaise with external parties to support our CSR program.
Main activities:
To lead the implementation of our SD roadmap actions
- Support of Hermès Patronage committee and management of the relationship to the NGOs we are working with: coordinate approval process, negotiation with NGOs and to provide thorough follow up
- Connect with local charities and social enterprises to develop our support to the local community
- Drive CSR initiatives in offices, warehouses and stores according to our defined roadmap
- Manage group reporting on donations, CSR performance and all SD related initiatives
- Lead & animate our Sustainable Development Committee through diverse activities to be organized, including clothing, food drives, donations, and any related community activities to deliver our different CSR initiatives
- Work with respective departments on our recycling, upcycling & downcycling initiatives and coordinate the projects with our external partners
- Participate in our new office or store project to drive the CSR priorities with our agent & future landlord
- Partner with our HR team and any other stakeholder to help to enhance our image of Employer of Care
- To support the coordination and organization of SD committee and our SD ambassadors to deliver our different CSR initiatives
- Prepare regular updates and reports to the group on CSR / SD matters
- To perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements & Capabilities:
- At least 2 years experience in the CSR function
- Candidates with luxury brand experience is preferred
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good team player and customer-oriented
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Accurate and efficient data entry & analytical skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
